Temperature Coefficient of Resistivity
One of the interesting areas in which classical and quantum theories diverge markedly is in their prediction of how the resistance of a metal changes with temperature. In this experiment you can check which one matches reality better. (Any guesses?) The lab is also a good choice if you'd like to get more LabVIEW experience, since everything can be controlled and even analyzed by LabVIEW without too much trouble.
This a very straightforward and possibly boring experiment, used regularly by prior lab students without unexpected results.
